Being a therapist is a dream come true for me.  I started this journey long before I left behind a 20-year career in healthcare to pursue an education in clinical social work.  I fell in love with the psychotherapy process doing my own healing from trauma, divorce and codependent relationships.  These experiences have distinctively prepared me to help others find healing, use their voice and achieve their goals.  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist with years of lived experience, education, and a continued commitment to evolving my skills and knowledge around mental health.  The pressures from society, family, and ourselves can get us off balance, which is why taking care of our mental health is so very important.  I am licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana and have office space in New Albany, Indiana.  Reach out to me today and let us get started.
