MY PHILOSOPHY

A healthy relationship with ourselves is essential and it will influence every aspect of our life and the connections we have with others.  Personal and interpersonal skills are key to building a happy, fulfilling life and there are ways to ensure you are showing up for yourself and the people you love.  Creating safe spaces for all of our emotions and perspectives, without judgement or criticism starts by building awareness in what shaped us from the very beginning of our own life.  Once we understand what happened to us, we can heal and grow.  Some of the approaches I use are based in cognitive behavioral therapy, transactional analysis therapy and dialectical behavioral techniques.
